Matt Eastwood is a very angry man. Another statistic is probably required for Matt to keep track of the number of opposition players, umpires and indoor cricket staff that he's unleashed his anger upon. Matt's particular favourite person at the Petone Indoor Sports centre was the umpire, Ricky, who Matt would flare up on every time that Ricky officiated (don't get me wrong though, Matt often erupted for good reason!). My favourite 'Matt Moment' was when he started hurling abuse at a guy bowling during the match on the court we were due to play the next game on for 'bowling too slowly'. The only trouble was that this particular guy runs the indoor cricket centre and was far from impressed when Matt's continued barracking saw him lose concentration and get hit for six and lose the game.

Fortunately for Matt, he could follow up his words with the way he would wield the bat. Maybe not a cultured batsman in the old style, but highly effective.
